Ann’s music is deeply rooted in the insights gained from her lifelong healing journey, where playing guitar, writing, and singing have been essential tools for growth and transformation.
From an early age, Ann found solace in nature and music. As a child, she would carry her guitar to the top of a hill, sit in the tall grass, and sing. The woods behind her home became a sanctuary where she climbed trees, wandered the trails, and even built a tree fort with her friends.
In her teenage years, Ann discovered the power of writing as a way to process her feelings. Journaling became a refuge, helping her navigate the loneliness and quiet pain that lingered beneath the surface.
As an adult, a friend’s suggestion led her to recovery groups — the beginning of her conscious effort to heal from childhood trauma. Over time, Ann steadily transformed her pain through writing, singing, therapy, breathwork, reiki, and other healing practices.
Today, Ann shares her journey through her music and writing, hoping to inspire and support others on their own paths to healing.
She balanced a career in tech with a rich creative life, spending her free time writing songs, performing, and recording. Ann also enjoys designing interiors and exteriors (aka, gardening).
